Measurement & Evidence

We believe in accountability and continuous learning. That means not only setting commitments, but also reflecting on how well we’re living up to them.

We will evaluate our programs regularly to ensure they remain free, professional, accessible, and impactful.

We will seek feedback from families, therapists, community partners, and supporters to guide improvements.

We will share stories of progress alongside meaningful data, knowing that numbers alone never capture the whole picture.

As we grow, we will refine how we measure success, adapting our approach to best reflect the real impact on children, families, and communities. We commit to publishing updates that are honest, transparent, and understandable — in annual reports, newsletters, and other channels.

Our measurement practices may evolve, but our commitment to openness and accountability never will. Please check back with us at a later date for updates.

Governance

IRS, Tax, & Financials

Early Motion Matters is a newly established nonprofit organization. At this time, we do not yet have completed IRS determination letters, annual tax filings (Form 990), or complete financial reports to share.

We are fully committed to transparency and accountability. As our organization grows, we will:

  • Publish our IRS determination letter once received

  • Make annual Form 990 filings publicly available as soon as they are filed

  • Share annual financial summaries and impact reports with our community and supporters

You can expect that Early Motion Matters will be as open and transparent about our operations and finances as possible, because trust is the foundation of our mission.
