Little Steps, Big Futures
Building strong bodies, confident movers, and healthy futures.
Little Steps, Big Futures is our play-based movement program designed and led by licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists. Through free community classes, we help infants and young children develop the motor skills that form the foundation for lifelong health.
Why Movement Matters Early
The first five years of life are critical for building coordination, strength, and healthy habits. Early movement promotes:
Strong bones, muscles, and the cardiovascular system
Balance, coordination, and motor planning
Reduced future risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic conditions
Increased confidence, independence, and social development
Little Steps, Big Futures is more than a class — it’s an investment in every child’s health and every family’s peace of mind. By giving children the tools to move with confidence, we set them on a path toward strong, healthy futures.
